AARIVA operates an online marketplace through which users may purchase products and, where enabled, list or resell products.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AARIVA website, mobile application, marketplace and related services ("Platform").

By registering for an account, browsing the Platform, placing an order, listing a product, selling/reselling a product, or otherwise using AARIVA, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

2. AARIVA Marketplace

Unless expressly stated otherwise, AARIVA does not manufacture all products listed by third-party sellers.

AARIVA may provide marketplace, payment, technology, customer support and logistics-related services.

Sellers must provide accurate and complete information about their products, including where applicable:

Sellers must not upload misleading, fraudulent, counterfeit, stolen, illegal or prohibited products.

AARIVA may review, reject, modify, suspend or remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Product Pricing

Product prices displayed on AARIVA may be updated from time to time.

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes, shipping charges, platform fees or other charges depending on how the product is displayed.

AARIVA reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors.

If a significant pricing or listing error occurs, AARIVA may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid by the customer.

5. Placing Orders

Customers may place orders through the Platform by providing the required information.

After placing an order, the customer may receive an order confirmation.

An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee acceptance of the order if the product becomes unavailable, the seller cannot fulfil the order, a pricing error occurs, fraud is suspected, or another legitimate reason exists.

6. Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Other payment methods introduced on the Platform

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

For COD orders, payment must be made to the authorized delivery person or logistics partner at the time of delivery, as applicable.

AARIVA may restrict COD availability for certain products, locations, users or order values.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled by the customer or AARIVA subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

9. Returns, Replacement and Refunds

11. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

Stock availability

Accurate pricing

Proper packaging

Timely dispatch

Legal compliance

Applicable taxes and statutory obligations

Handling products that are subject to special regulatory requirements

Sellers must not sell counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, illegal or otherwise prohibited products.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use AARIVA to:

Sell counterfeit or stolen goods

Sell illegal products

Upload fraudulent listings

Misrepresent product condition

Manipulate reviews or ratings

Create fake accounts

Conduct payment fraud

Abuse coupons or promotional offers

Attempt unauthorized access

Introduce malware or harmful code

Scrape or copy Platform data without authorization

Harass or threaten other users

Use another person's account

Circumvent Platform restrictions

Conduct transactions intended to defraud AARIVA, buyers or sellers

AARIVA may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.

13. Reviews and Ratings

Users may be allowed to submit product reviews and ratings based on their genuine experience.

Reviews must not contain:

False information

Abusive or threatening language

Personal information of another person

Illegal content

Promotional spam

Manipulated or fraudulent ratings

14. Intellectual Property

Sellers grant AARIVA the necessary rights to display seller-provided product information, images and descriptions for operating and promoting the marketplace, subject to applicable law.

15. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users must immediately notify AARIVA if they believe their account has been compromised.

AARIVA may suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of:

Misuse

Violation of these Terms

Illegal activity

Abuse of customers, sellers or Platform services

Security threats

16. Promotions, Coupons and Offers

AARIVA may provide discounts, coupons, cashback, promotional offers or other benefits.

AARIVA may withdraw or modify an offer where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

AARIVA may integrate third-party services such as:

Use of such services may be subject to the third party's terms and policies.

19. Force Majeure

AARIVA will not be responsible for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, strikes, internet failures, technical failures, pandemics, transportation disruptions or similar events.
